About Us
East Central California Chapter, NECA
East Central California Chapter (ECC) NECA is dedicated to the promotion of the electrical construction and maintenance industry in Fresno, Madera, Kings and Tulare counties. We were established in 1949 and work with all sizes of Electrical Contractors. Not only do we work with all sizes of Electrical Contractors but with each performing work in many markets such as: agriculture, commercial, industrial, residential, solar, sound and communication.
NECA members actively participate in shaping the marketplace to enhance the quality of work performed, improve customer satisfaction and promote job safety. NECA believes in fair competition and advocates a level playing field for all competitors.
ECC works closely with the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers; specifically, in our area, we work hand in hand with IBEW Local #100. Selected chapter members sit on many joint IBEW/NECA committees such as: collective bargaining agreement negotiations, joint apprenticeship training, health and welfare fund, pension, and FACT. In all of these, our NECA members have a seat at the table to voice their opinions with the betterment of the industry in mind.
ECC NECA works hard to improve the electrical industry and move it forward in a positive direction. We provide top-notch training and continuing education credits, networking, labor relations assistance, current political updates that impact our industry, groundbreaking research to help stay up to date in our industry through ELECTRI, community involvement, access to our premier partners, and much more.
